Delivery & Shipping

We offer 3 types of delivery from our Off Licence in Coventry:

Click & Collect

Click & Collect orders will be ready for collection within an hour at no extra charge within business operating hours (please check our opening times on our website).

When collecting your order, you must bring your order reference number (print out or phone) and a proof of ID (acceptable forms of ID include the payment card you used to pay for the order; passport; or photocard driving licence).

If you paid with Paypal, you must bring your passport or photocard driving licence. We will not allow any orders to be collected without a valid proof of ID.

Local Delivery Service

Free local delivery is available for orders within a five mile radius and with an order value of £25 or more. Orders placed within operating hours will be delivered the same working day by 7:30pm.

We may ask you to verify your age at the time of delivery. You must show a valid proof of ID (photocard driving license or passport).

Our standard delivery charges for UK Mainland orders are:

Please note orders despatched to Northern Ireland and Jersey will incur the following delivery charges:

We offer a standard UK wide delivery service during normal business hours (Monday-Friday). Someone over the age of 18 must be present to sign for the parcel, ID may be requested.

We work hard with our delivery partners to ensure your order is delivered promptly. However, on occasions due to circumstances outside of our control a parcel may arrive later than expected. If your parcel is delivered unacceptably late where having been dispatched on time by us, we will try to secure a refund where possible from our carriers.
