Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy, whereby you have 14 days from the date of your order being delivered to request a refund.
We will only reimburse the cost of returning items where they were delivered in error or the items were damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with an unbroken seal, and in its original packaging. All refunds will be paid within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).
We do not accept any responsibility for delay or failed delivery of an item which results from your failure to provide correct address information. If a product is returned to us due to an incorrectly supplied address, we reserve the right to require additional shipping costs before we re-deliver the item(s).
Product images on the website are intended for illustrative purposes only. In certain cases, the distillers may update packaging of the item(s) as listed on the website.
To start a return, you can contact us at contactus@bodyfuelofflicence.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returning Items
You are responsible for the cost of returning products to us unless, the items being returned were delivered in error or the items were damaged or defective.
Damages and Issues
If your parcel clearly shows signs of damage or leakage at the time of delivery, it should not be accepted. Please ask the courier to return the goods to us.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item is delivered in a faulty or damaged condition, you have a 30 day right to reject which begins from the date of ordering (for perishable products, this is limited to the best before date if this is sooner).
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
